May each and every person who has served in the United States Military feel blessings and love year round. My grandfather and uncles served proudly in the US Navy. I have Veterans as family members, friends and neighbors. I thank them all.
The late Kent Bilbrey, a Veteran of the US Air Force, arranged and played music on my spoken word tracks. Although this track is about loss, I want to honor my Veteran friend who arranged it and played the music. Kent and another wonderful friend, Terry Phillips, play music on this one. It is a grim reminder to pay respect to Veterans for their service while they are still among us. I recall we did this in one take and we all cried. I hope this touches and inspires all of us to realize how special our Veterans are. Thank you.
